01Acceptance
By using a service covered by these terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use that service.
02Eligibility
You must be legally able to use the service. Where a published application permits use by a child, its specific terms and consent arrangements will apply.
03Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly at sumeet.mehta@essncl.in if you believe an account has been compromised. Some applications are available only to people authorised by the organisation operating them.
04Acceptable use
You may not use our services unlawfully; impersonate another person; upload malicious or infringing material; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with service operation; scrape or bulk-extract protected content; or use a service to harm another person.
05Content and intellectual property
Website and application designs, text, graphics and code belong to ESSNCL PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Content you submit remains yours. You grant the service the limited permission necessary to store, process and display it for the requested feature.
06Third-party services
A service may link to or depend on third-party services. Their own terms govern their services. We are not responsible for an external site merely because we link to it.
07Availability and changes
We work to provide reliable services but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, modify or withdraw a service, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
08Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESSNCL PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of a service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
09Termination
We may restrict access where these terms are breached or where needed to protect a service or its users. You may request account closure through Account & Data Deletion.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
